JURA Cool Control 2.5L Overview
JURA Cool Control 2.5L holds an ample 85 oz of milk, that it keeps chilled at 39ºF for perfect coffee specialties. JURA kept the same design philosophy from the smaller domestic Cool Control for the commercial sized model as well. The Cool Control 2.5L has a high-quality aluminum cover, and it's squared ventilation slots lend it a distinct, modern look. Most importantly, it's easy to use and brightly lit displays tell you current milk temperature and the current milk level at a glance.
To fill, all you need to do is remove the aluminum cover and pour directly into the stainless steel container. When it's time to clean, JURA made sure that all components that come in contact with milk are dishwasher safe, including the stainless steel container, silicone ring, cover, metal tube, and adapter.
