The Ceado E37SL offers the same incredible performance as the E37S with its 83mm burrs, Quick Set gear, and Steady Lock system, but brings along one significant upgrade: Active Thermal Control.
The Ceado E37SL marks a big step forward in the E37 series with Active Thermal Control, an exclusive feature for the E37SL. It's an electronic temperature control system that automatically ventilates heat from the grinding chamber so coffee is unaffected while grinding. With Active Thermal Control, coffee is kept consistently fresh while grinding.
The SL's 83mm flat burrs and 500 W motor rip through coffee at a high rate, dispensing at about 4 grams per second. With the Steady Lock system, the burrs are kept at a constant distance, no matter how much work has been done. Grind adjustment is a breeze thanks to the Quick Set Gear, which smoothly shifts between grind sizes by rotating the adjustment knob. The touchscreen display offers natural and easy dose selection and adjustment as well. As a finishing touch, the E37SL is nearly silent while operating.
A newly designed grinding chamber uses an electronic temperature control system to automatically vent heat generated by grinding. This keeps temperatures consistent in the chamber, helping to keep coffee fresh while grinding.
Ceado’s Steady Lock Burr System is a true innovation. It keeps the burrs locked into place at a designated distance apart, regardless of use, which ensures consistent grounds and simply doesn’t allow the burrs to fall out of calibration.
The E37SL uses a worm gear assembly for stepless adjustment. By turning the handle, the worm gear can adjust the grind’s fineness without having to take your grinder apart to get your preferred grinding range. Sealed threads act as clog repellent for uninterrupted use.
The E37SL's mechanically suspended motor is encased in a shell and rests on rubber mounts to allow the machine to function 30% quieter than its peers. This 500 watt rectified motor is designed to minimize thermal expansion during the grinding process.
