French toast is one of my favorite things for breakfast, and as it turns out, it was also one of our favorite flavors! Here's the recipe we ranked #4 in our 2015 Changing Flavors contest!

Ingredients
- 1 once maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 to 2 shots of espresso
- Frothed milk
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top
Directions
Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, maple extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg in your mug. Froth your milk and set aside. Take your finely ground espresso and tamp into portafilter. Draw shot/shots of espresso into mug on top of mixed ingredients. Stir. Pour frothed milk to the top of the mug. sprinkle a little brown sugar on top. Enjoy!
