We're upgrading our customer account experience to provide a more secure and convenient way to access your account. As part of this upgrade, the way you sign in is changing. Please review the information below to learn how to access your account going forward.

What’s New?

The new customer account experience includes:

  • No more passwords — Sign in securely with a one-time email verification code.
  • Faster checkout — Save your payment methods for future purchases.
  • Updated account experience — Your order history, saved addresses, and account information are all still available after you sign in, now in a refreshed account experience.

Existing Customers: How to Log In

If you've previously created an account with us, you do not need to create a new account. Simply use the same email address associated with your existing account.

Step 1: Click the Account Icon

Select the account icon at the top of our website.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address associated with your account and click the arrow to continue or sign in with Shop.

Step 3: Check Your Email

We'll send a secure one-time verification code to your email address.

If you don't receive the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Verify you entered the correct email address.

Step 4: Enter Your Verification Code

Enter the code from your email to access your account.

You are now signed in.

New Customers: How to Create an Account

Creating an account is simple.

Option 1: Sign Up with Your Email Address

  1. Click the Account icon.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Verify your email using the code that is sent to you.
  4. Your account will be created automatically.

Option 2: Sign in with Shop

If available, you can quickly create an account or sign in using:

  • Shop

Simply select your preferred sign-in option and follow the prompts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need to Create a New Account?

No. If you've previously created an account with us, simply sign in using the same email address associated with your account.

What Happened to My Password?

Our upgraded customer accounts no longer use passwords. Instead, account access is verified using a secure email verification code or approved sign-in providers such as Shop.

Can I Still Access My Previous Orders?

Yes. When you sign in using the same email address associated with your account, you'll continue to have access to your order history, saved addresses, and account information.

What If I No Longer Have Access to the Email Address Associated With My Account?

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your existing account, there are still options available.

Option 1: Regain Access to Your Existing Email Address

If possible, we recommend first attempting to regain access to your original email account through your email provider.

Option 2: Create a New Account Using a Different Email Address

If you're unable to recover access to your original email address, create a new account using a different email address and contact our customer support team.

We may be able to help transfer your account history and information to your new account after verifying ownership of the original account.

Account Verification

To help protect customer privacy and account security, we will need to verify ownership of your previous account before making any changes.

You may be asked to provide information such as:

  • Previous order numbers
  • Billing or shipping addresses associated with past orders
  • Order dates or purchase details
  • Other information that helps verify account ownership

Why Didn't I Receive My Verification Code?

If you did not receive a verification code, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Confirm you're using the correct email address.
  3. Wait a few minutes and request a new code.
  4. Contact our support team if you continue experiencing issues.
