Brewista V-Spout Electric Kettle 1.7L Overview
The Brewista V-Spout Electric Kettle is a 1.7L classic kettle that is a great addition to any pour-over and/or coffee lover’s experience, as well as usable for tea, cocoa, and oatmeal. The V-Spout aspect of this kettle is perfect for cupping, or taste-testing coffee, by providing consistently controlled pours.
With a digital heating element, you can have extremely accurate temperature control with optional preset temperatures — 104F, 122F, 140F, 158F, 175F, 185F, 190F, 205F, and 308F — that are then stored in the kettle’s memory. The quick boil option heats your water immediately, and the audible beeping sounds let you know when it’s ready. A count up timer helps you keep track of blooming and brewing time by counting up from 00:00 with the press of a button. Thanks to an internal smart element, your coffee will be kept warm for up to an hour, and later shut itself down.
