Carraro Gran Crema, available in a 2.2lb bag of premium gourmet coffee beans, is a 50/50 blend of Arabica and Robusta coffees originating from Africa, Brazil, and Central America. Arabica in the form of Natural process Ethiopian coffee, Santos beans from the Cerrado region of Brazil, and washed coffee from the Horn of Africa provide body and fragrance while washed Robust coffees from Indonesia and Central America provide dense and long lasting crema. In the cup, Gran Crema combines notes of hazelnut aroma with flavors of dark chocolate and unsweetened cocoa.
