Eureka Zenith 65E High Speed Overview

Step up your game with the Zenith 65 E, Eureka’s high speed grinder with stepless micrometric adjustment. The Zenith features 65mm burrs, a hair larger than the Atom’s 60mm ones, but those burrs are whipped around at 1650 RPM by a powerful 500 watt motor.

Features and Performance

Like the Atom, the Zenith can be programmed to dispense a single or double shot at the press of a button, but the Zenith takes accuracy to the next level, owing to its ability to make adjustments to the dose within 1/100th of a second. It’s incredibly accurate, making it an ideal addition to any home or commercial espresso set up.

Though it's certainly capable of grinding for any brew method, in a high volume setting, it simply isn’t practical, and we recommend getting a dedicated grinder for coarser brew methods. Eureka thoughtfully designed the adjustable portaholder to fit any portafilter, and integrated a helpful light above.

We love the chute, which can also be adjusted, so the grounds are sure to dispense perfectly into the center of any basket. Plus, an anti-clumping device really cuts down on clumps for a fluffy and consistent grind. The Zenith will have you exclaiming “Eureka!” in no time.

Why You Should Get It

Using the Zenith 65 E is super intuitive. You never have to enter a menu to program it, simply select a shot and press the plus or minus buttons to make immediate adjustments to the setting. Just like on all of Eureka's grinders, maintenance is made easy by the burr design. Eureka designated that the bottom burr repositions during adjustments, but stays put otherwise. This ensures cleaning the grinder is hassle free, because the top burr slides back into the exact spot it was in before, allowing you to grind a dialed in shot instantly.

The Zenith is an impressive speedster that you can count on to deliver consistent grounds in a high volume cafe or atop an entertainer’s counter. if you like what you see, but need a step up in power, take a look at the Olympus 75 E; or, if you need a more all purpose grinder, the versatile Atom is an excellent option.

  • Programmable Timed Grinding

Extreme dispensing precision can be achieved via the Zenith’s programmable dosing buttons. The high degree of accuracy is owed to the ability to make adjustments within 1/100 of a second. For the eternally curious user, a dose counter keeps track of every single or double you dispense. You can also press and hold the portafilter in place for a continuous grind.

  • Stepless Micrometric Adjustment

Patented by Eureka, the Stepless Micrometric Regulation System controls grind adjustment without the use of steps or stop points, for infinite options. This system is based on lower burr repositioning, meaning you don’t lose your settings when performing maintenance on the grinder. Using the adjustment knob, you refine your grind with your thumb and forefinger.

  • High Speed Grinding

The 500 W motor allows for speeds of 1650 RPM, for a quick and easy grind every time. The Zenith is perfect for making a quality coffee when you're entertaining lots of guests or if you need a workhorse for a busy cafe.

  • Adjustable Coffee Chute

The Zenith’s coffee chute can be adjusted in conjunction with its portaholder to ensure that grounds are always flowing directly into the middle of any portafilter. An integrated light illuminates those fluffy grounds as they flow out of the shoot and into the basket.
