Take full advantage of coffee’s wide variety with the JURA Z10 in Aluminum White. Hot drink options go from traditional espresso to the trendy flat white, with the press of a button on the Z10’s double-speed 4.3in touch display. As for those cold drinks, don’t for a second think you’ll be simply cooling down hot coffee. With the Z10’s Cold Extraction Process, cold water is slowly pushed through the coffee puck thanks to high pressure. Meaning you can enjoy any iced beverage without it being watered down. All these new features are housed in a beautifully modern convex-concave body, which looks like a soft wave traveling over the machine’s front.
The JURA Z10 is packed full of exciting features. With a full spectrum of hot and cold drinks — like intense espresso, flat whites, and cold brew — it makes sense the Z10 would come with a Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.). With the P.R.G., the grinder recognizes your chosen specialty and instantly adjusts the grind setting. Go from the fineness needed for espresso to a coarser grind better fit for long brewing.
As for those cold drinks, the Z10 uses its Cold Extraction Process, which you can easily access with the double-speed 4.3in touch display on the machine. This process slowly pulses cold water through your coffee puck using high pressure, to result in a clean and refreshing iced beverage. This way, you won’t have to risk dilution by pouring hot coffee over ice everytime you want a cold drink.
Mentioned above but worth reiterating, the JURA Z10 in Aluminum White comes with a large touch display screen that is easy to navigate. It also uses a Crystal Rotary Switch on the top which lights up as a nice crisp blue when in use. Beyond all these features, you can trust the JURA to look good. The Aluminum White offers a clean look, and the convex-concave front panel brings a sense of movement to the machine. On the side you’ll find a beautifully detailed water tank which also lights up blue.
The Cold Extraction Process is new to JURA. It works by slowly pulsing cold water under high pressure through coffee grounds. What it results in is a clean and refreshing cup of coffee that won’t be watered down by cooling over ice cubes.

Another new addition, the Product Recognizing Grinder (PRG) can recognize your chosen specialty to instantly adjust as necessary. This means grinding fine for espresso to coarse for long brews in the fraction of a second, and without you telling it so.
